John Van Hook graduated from Harvard Law School in 1999. Since then, John has practiced exclusively in California, focusing on employment law. He has handled hundreds of labor and employment matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.  John has handled numerous employment and consumer cases on a single-plaintiff basis, as well as large and high-profile class actions.  Prior to founding the Van Hook Law Firm, John spent approximately 15 years in the Labor and Employment departments at two of the leading national law firms.
